Shipping & Returns

All goods will be dispatched for deliveries in the UK within 3 working days from the receipt of the order and payment. Within 7 working days for deliveries outside of the UK. We will make every effort to keep to these schedules. However in some cases where a product is out of stock delivery may take longer. We will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay if this occurs.

 

If you receive a package that is damaged on delivery then you must return it to the delivery company immediately without opening it.

 

If you are unhappy with any of the goods that you receive then you must return them to Jalimali within 7 working days of the date of receipt (within 14 working days if you are outside of the UK). If you do not return the goods within the stated period then we have no liability for the items.

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are adequately packed to avoid damage during the return journey and will have to cover the cost of any postage and other costs incurred by themselves and Jalimali.

 

It is highly advisable to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as Jalimali cannot be held responsible for any goods that may be lost in transit.

 

Jalimali will not accept any returned goods that have been damaged because of poor use, accident or neglect.

 

In the interests of hygiene earrings cannot be returned.

 

Refunds will only be given for goods that are damaged or for items of clothing that do not fit. Payment will be received with 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods.  Refunds will be made by Credit/Debit card. For all other returns a credit note or replacement will be provided.
